All of these recipes are gluten-free. Some of them utilize gluten-free substitutes, like GF bread crumbs or pasta, which can be ordered online or found at Whole Foods and other specialty markets. Any milk required in my recipes should be be directly substitutable with cow, soy, nut, or rice, depending on your needs.
